Colabufalo Studio, co-founded by Simon Colabufalo and Bhavana Nayer, embodies a dynamic fusion of tradition and innovation. The studio’s evolving aesthetic explores sustainable materials such as wood, aluminum, bioplastics, and cork, utilizing both traditional craftsmanship and modern technologies like Hi-tech CNC and 3D printing.

Simon Colabufalo is an Australian industrial designer. Simon grew up in Melbourne and has worked in both Australia and Germany. he has gained extensive experience with
human-centered design, professional development and implementation of strategies. This has helped him develop a unique understanding of innovative design. Simon was worked on projects at Holden Special Vehicles (HSV), Chevrolet, BMW, Mini and Bugatti.

He received his Bachelor of Design with Honours, Industrial Design from Swinburne University of Tech- nology and also holds a Diploma of Arts, Product Design from RMIT University. Simon is also a member of the Design Institute of Australia.

Their international acclaim is evident through features in global magazines and numerous award recogni- tions. In essence, the studio is a creative hub where diverse materials and processes converge, producing designs that resonate globally.
